LIEN SALE AUCTION EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY AT 10:00 A.M.

REGISTRATION   hours are 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. preview begins at 9:00 a.m. Auction begins at 10:00 a.m. prompt.  No admittance after 10:00 a.m.  Bidders may leave, but will not be able to re-enter auction area.

 

REFUND DEPOSIT of $200.00 is required of all registrants to obtain a bidder card and enter the auction area. Must have current I.D. proving they are 18 years of age or older.

 

MINIMUM BID of $475.00 on all vehicles.

 

CASH ONLY is accepted for all payments.

 

LIEN SALE AUCTION is held every other Wednesday and is open to the public.  All vehicles are sold with no guarantees, warranties, expressed or implied.  Vehicles may not comply with current state or federal smog and/or emission standers.  Vehicles may NOT run.  The purchaser is solely responsible for repairs/modifications to insure compliance with California and federal standers.  All vehicles are sold to satisfy our lien.  Sales tax, DMV fees and any registration must be paid directly to DMV. Fees are unknown. Vehicle(s) may or may not be salvaged.  As a courtesy, we will indicate vehicles being salvaged IF we have knowledge of salvage status. There will be no refunds or returns for vehicles not marked salvage. All sales are FINAL.  Buyer must immediately contact DMV to register vehicle.

 

RELEASE FEE of $55.00 will be added to each sale.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100.00 or more is required immediately, upon award of high bid.  Any vehicle not paid in full by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the auction will be re-auctioned and deposit forfeited.  All bidders that default will not be allowed to enter in the future.

 

PURCHASED VEHICLES must be towed from property by the tow company of buyer’s choice, at buyer’s expense by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the auction.  If vehicle is not paid for and picked up by 4:00 p.m. auction day, it will be subject to $75.00 per day.  All tow companies must have CA# and motor carrier permit to enter the property.  Only Tow operator may enter property. We strongly recommend that a licensed mechanic prior to being driven, to assure they are safe to operate, inspect all vehicles.  Purchaser warrants by their signature on the registration card that no verbal assurances or comments of any kind will be relied upon as to the vehicle condition, registration, fee due at DMV or smog requirements, ect.

 

NO PETS allowed, except legally authorized guide/assist dogs with proper licenses.

 

NO OPEN TOE SHOES allowed.  Shoes are required. Shirts are required. No heels more than 2” allowed. no radios, bags, cameras, recording devices, or weapons allowed.

 

INSPECTION OF VEHICLES prior to the sale is allowed after registration and before the auction.  No vehicle can be entered, have hoods, doors or trunks opened.  PLEASE STAY OUT VEHICLES.

 

VEHICLES VALUED OVER $ 4000.00 sold pursuant to civil code 3071, must remain in the possession of Auto Plus Towing for 10 days following the sale date to allow interested parties to recover the vehicle. If not recovered, the vehicle will be picked up by the buyer on the 11th day. If recovered by an interested party, the amount bid will be returned to the buyer on the day following recovery.

 

HOLIDAYS there will be no sales on Wednesday that fall on Christmas (or the day before), New year’s Day (or the day before), 4th of July, Memorial day, or Thanksgiving day (or the days before)
